In both the Wearing Cute® and Clothing sections, deliveries are international and usually take us usually 7-15 days. For the "for U.S.A" section orders usually take about 7 days to be delivered for our United States customers

Yes it is possible, but it depends on each section, because according to our return and refund rules, each section has a return and refund policy from its supplier. For example:

- Clothing Section:

If the buyer detects any issues upon receiving the product (damaged package, significant difference from the description, missing or incorrect items, or other quality problems), they must contact Wearing Cute® customer service or the recipient within 5 business days from the delivery date and provide proof of the issue (photos of the damaged products and the package box with the shipping label). Wearing Cute® may reject the refund request if the buyer fails to provide convincing evidence in time.

For any problems that arise during product use, buyers must contact Wearing Cute® within 30 days of the shipping date and provide relevant photos or videos as proof. If the response period exceeds 30 days from delivery, or if the buyer fails to provide sufficient evidence, Wearing Cute® may reject the refund request if the buyer does not submit convincing proof in time.

If Wearing Cute® approves the refund, the buyer must return the merchandise promptly and provide the tracking number. Wearing Cute® will refund the full amount upon receipt.

If the buyer agrees to a reshipment, they must return the item and upload the tracking number on time. Wearing Cute® will resend the product upon receiving it. If both parties fail to reach an agreement, the buyer must contact Wearing Cute® and provide relevant evidence (photo or video of the defective product). Once verified, Wearing Cute® will proactively assist the buyer in obtaining the appropriate refund.

- For USA Section:

We accept returns within 7 days of the delivery date. Items must be unused, with their original tags and the clear garment packaging (with SKU label) intact. We do not accept exchanges of any kind.

All swimwear, bodysuits, lingerie, jewelry, facial masks, and beauty products are final sale and non-refundable.

For Wearing Cute® Wholesale and Made-to-Order items, we accept returns for damaged or defective products only. While we do not accept returns for other reasons, you can shop with confidence knowing that we stand behind the quality of our products.

- Wearing Cute®:

• Defective/Damaged Items: Report within 30 days of receipt. Lost packages must be claimed within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. Errors on our part are covered by us.
• Problem Reporting: Notify us immediately if there’s an issue with your order.
• Returns: Default return address is Wearing Cute®’s facility. Unclaimed returns are donated after 30 days. Using a different return address makes you responsible for the shipment.
• Address Issues: Incorrect/insufficient addresses result in returned shipments. You cover reshipping costs after address confirmation.
• Unclaimed Orders: Returned to us, and reshipment fees apply if you want them resent.
• Non-Registered Accounts: Returns due to wrong addresses or unclaimed orders are donated (no refunds).
• Non-Returnable Items: Sealed goods (e.g., face masks) for hygiene reasons are disposed of if returned.
• Customer Returns: Advise customers to contact you first. No refunds for buyer’s remorse (except Brazil). Size exchanges or returns are at your cost. Brazilian customers must request returns within 7 days with proof of unused condition.
