Wearing Cute® Refund Policy

At Wearing Cute®, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. Below are our refund policies based on the section of your order:

1. "Clothing" Section (International Shipping)

📌 Returns & Refunds:

  • We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and with tags attached.

  • The customer covers return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

  • Refunds will be processed once the returned item is received and inspected.

📌 Non-Refundable Items:

  • Customized or discounted products.

  • Underwear, swimwear, and accessories (for hygiene reasons).

 

2. "For USA" Section (US Shipping Only)

📌 Returns & Refunds:

  • Returns must be requested within 10 days of delivery.

  • Items must be in new condition, unwashed, and unworn.

  • A return label will be provided (shipping costs covered by the customer unless the error is ours).

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

📌 Exceptions:

  • No returns on limited-edition or promotional items.

 

3. "Wearing Cute®" Section (Custom Products)

📌 Returns & Refunds:

  • No returns accepted due to the personalized nature of these products.

  • Refunds are only issued for manufacturing defects or design errors (must be reported within 7 days with photo proof).

  • Approved cases will receive a replacement or full refund.

📌 Note:

  • Orders canceled before shipping receive a full refund (unless already in production).

 

General Process:

  1. Contact our team at contact@wearingcute.com with your order number and reason.

  2. Wait for approval (we’ll send return instructions if applicable).

  3. Receive your refund (may take up to 10 business days after verification).
